威伯科近日宣布面向中国市场推出新型数字化服务平台“智云服务”,进一步加强对中国售后市场客户的支持。
WABCO Holdings Inc. Recently announced that it will launch a new digital ‘Smart Cloud Service’ platform to further enhance its support for aftermarket customers in China.
智云服务采用领先的人工智能(AI)技术,突破性地将商用车驾驶员、车队、分销商、维修站和整车制造商与威伯科广泛的服务网络连接在一起。
Using leading artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the Smart Cloud Service uniquely connects commercial vehicle drivers, fleets, distributors, workshops and original equipment suppliers with WABCO’s extensive service network.
With a clear focus on further improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction, the digital platform can provide immediate support via a telephone hotline, mobile / PC instant messaging service and WABCO’s WeChat account.
